We can tipshear your carpet on loop pile and cut pile. Tipshearing gives the carpet a uniform surface and a nice finish.

We tipshear carpets with widths of 1 to 5 meters. It is carried out by a modern machine featuring three cutting heads. One of the heads is specially designed for shearing of carpets with low and tight piles.

Before tipshearing, we steam, straighten out and dry the pile. By so doing, the pile is uniform and perfect for tipshearing. This provides excellent quality.

After the shearing it is possible to re-roll the carpet on a pipe or place it in a wagon. Our experience covers a wide range of different carpets and yarn types.
